Pack 351 is your pack, it’s our pack. The Cub Scout experience is for the scouts and for you. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
Safety
Scouts BSA and Pack 351 take your child’s safety very seriously. We strive to make all activities and experiences as safe as possible. Leaders are required to complete safety-specific training and each year you and your scouts will review ways to be safe in-person and online. There are also important rules we follow all the time such as no one-on-one time with scouts and two-deep leadership.

Uniforms
This official web page has all the information you need for formal uniforms and insignia.
At Pack 351, we require full Class A uniforms for pack meetings and other special activities (e.g., Scout Sunday). We also have special Pack 351 t-shirts and sweatshirts available for purchase (supplies are limited): these are our Class B uniforms. These “activity shirts” can be worn during den meetings and certain outdoor activities.
Digital Resources
Scoutbook (We strongly recommend you sign-up and use Scoutbook: it is the primary way the Pack communicates and schedules events.)
Nor’West Scout Shop
The Cascade Pacific Council has a scout shop right here in Portland! The Nor’West Scout Shop is where you can get uniforms, patches, gear, and other items. For a small fee, they’ll even sow your badges on for you! 🙂
